I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially the rooms which were spotless. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa area, were excellent. Additionally, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the food was amazing, with a wide range of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to both bus and train stops. One more advantage was the spa facilities, including a great swimming pool and saunas.
the hotel was situated next to a small train station, but we found it to be quite charming and not at all disturbing.

Our christmas stay was blissful! We loved the amazing cuisine and were thrilled with their house wine, not to mention all the bubbles we drank! The staff were so friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel pools and the cozy atmosphere of the spa room. Plus, the hotel’s convenient location near the train and bus stops let us explore the surrounding areas without hassle.
There really were no negatives to our stay. We enjoyed our time there to the fullest, especially the romantic train rides and scenic hikes in the beautiful mountain setting.
